Located in the city centre of Rockhampton, the 1894 heritage building has been beautifully restored by renowned architect, Scott Petherick.

With a nod to its history and a look to the future, Headricks Lane draws you from its grand exterior façade into its breathtaking modern interior featuring stunning raw materials juxtaposed with natural bespoke beauty.

The spacious new venue is unique in that it features a large private function space on level one, The Upper Level, complemented by a bar, micro-brewery, formal and casual dining, and a private dining room on the ground floor.

Headricks Lane prides itself on delivering the finest restaurant and function catering in-house. Our celebrated executive chef, Isarapap Koewphonnoi has crafted an inspiring menu that focuses on seasonal ingredients and a progressive cooking style centred around quality produce.

Our Spaces

Split over two levels, Headricks Lane offers a selection of unique spaces to accommodate all function sizes and styles including stand up cocktail functions, private dining, corporate events and more.

The Upper Level

Capacity: 200 seated / 300 cocktail

The Upper Level, located on level one of Headricks Lane, is a large, industrial space featuring exposed original timber rafters, beautifully restored raw brick and impressive arched windows, providing a spectacular backdrop for your event. $500 venue hire fee applies.

The Brewery

Capacity: 200 cocktail

Headricks Lane incorporates a state of the art micro-brewery showcasing some of the hottest brewers from around Queensland and Australia.

The Laneway

Capacity: 80 seated (restaurant style) / 150 cocktail

The Laneway is the perfect spot for a unique dining experience. Enjoy flowing food and wine whilst watching the restaurant’s open kitchen in play.

The Long Room

Capacity: 40 seated / 60 cocktail

The Long Room is Headricks Lane’s private dining room and is an ideal setting for intimate dinners, corporate events and cocktail functions.
